Not Keeping the Peace – Making It

Peacemaking is courage rooted in love. You enter the hard conversation. You speak the truth in love. You seek real reconciliation. Not the silence of avoidance. The shalom of things actually being right.
Jesus was not a peacekeeper. He confronted the Pharisees. He cleared the temple. He told hard truths to His disciples. And on the cross, He entered the ultimate conflict—to make peace through His blood.
He calls us to the same.
Not to earn anything. To reflect His heart.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” (Matthew 5:9)
Not peacekeepers. Peacemakers.
So here’s the question: Where are you peacekeeping?

And it’s not working. The wine is leaking. The skin is cracking. They’re frustrated, guilty, and stuck.
